According to a recent study by the University Medical Center Rotterdam in the Netherlands, women who do housework will live three years longer than the average person while men do household can extend life for one year. Men who do a lot of horticultural can live 2.7 years longer.
The study found that a 55-year-old housewife lived on average 83 years of age, but if she was a woman who had been doing "heavy" housework, she could live to be 86 years old. In other words, "doing housework" can extend the life of women for 3 years.
Klodian Dhana, a Dutch scholar who came up with results for men engaged in horticultural activities and women who did housework, he asked them questions about "lifestyle" and continued to track for decades, to conclude that "family life can be extended for 3 years".
